The Little Snail in our Ear

Isn’t it curious that the same organ that helps us to make sense of music is the same organ that helps us dance?

My cochlea is home to the small vestibular gyroscope which has had me dancing since before I knew how to crawl, in addition to an auditory aide.

Yet again, it is not curious at all.

Dance and Music were born together. A mutual rhythm used to appeal to different senses: that of listening, and that of balance.
